The hero of the show we were watching took some really bad knocks, and it looked like he was going down for the last time. Then he found some inner strength, pulled himself together, got up, and gave that bad guy what was coming to him. See, the hero in the story always gets up after a knockdown.

Life can be full of setbacks, disappointments, and failures, but the God we serve is stronger than all. No one can snatch us away from Him. Our God is stronger than any addiction, demon, person, task, or circumstance you face today.

The only thing that truly matters is your relationship with Him. When you are in His hand, nothing will touch you without Him allowing it for some purpose. I'm not saying you'll never be sick or in need. I'm saying that you will never be alone, and you'll never be lost, for our God can sustain you.

He can make all things work out for your good. Even things meant to harm you will instead promote you. You won't stay down, for the Lord will always give you the strength to get back up.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I pray that You give me the grace to always get up when I fall. Please help me see things like You do and draw my heart to You. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen!
