Sitting At Your Feet
By: Dion Todd   Revision: 1   Timing: 4/4

(Luke 10:38–42) (NKJV) — Now it happened as they went that He entered a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet and heard His word. But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, “Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me.” And Jesus answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.”

Lyrics:
Verse 1:
Jesus entered a house one day
And as they listened He began to say
So many things
that they should know

Martha was busy cooking
Thinking Mary was only looking
But Mary had chose the best
When She found a place to rest

Verse 2:
Lord it’s busy here today
And as I begin to pray
There’s so many things
running through my mind

I’m not the first one
To need so many things done
But I know in my heart
That I should spend some time

Chorus:
Sitting at Your feet
Listening while You teach
Please make some room for me
To be as close as I can be

For I long to hear You speak
To have Your Words burn inside me
Burning from the inside out
Removing my fear and doubt

Update .536: I added a new theme customization button to the top bar that allows you to tweak the colors and layout of the site! I also created some basic color choices with: Light, Dark, The Blues, Rose, Emerald, and Deep Purple. You can also change the look of the side bar or make it disappear altogether. 😱 There is a "Reset" button at the bottom to switch back to the default, so you cannot mess it up!

It's not that I am really smart. The Lord just makes it look that way. He always has, except when I begin to think it's me, and He makes me look really dumb as a reminder. However, I am called to do this, and the Lord equips those He calls to do whatever is needed. 😀
